Leo Rozner M.B., B.S., F.R.C.S.(Eng.)., F.R.C.S., F.A.C.S At the time of his retirement in 2001, Mr Leo Rozner had been a Surgeon for nearly forty years. A leader in his field, he is not only acknowledged as an expert on the latest techniques in cosmetic surgery in Australia but also as a pioneer of voluntary humanitarian work in third world countries.
